Lee bio

Born and raised in a small town in southern Georgia, Lee developed a strong work ethic early, beginning his construction career at age 14 working alongside his grandfather on residential remodels. This hands-on foundation shaped his passion for craftsmanship and quality that continues to define his work today. While serving in the U.S. Army, Lee expanded his construction experience, contributing to residential subdivisions, commercial projects, and temporary structures. Over the past 19 years, he has held key leadership roles across the industry, including overseeing construction production at a Restoration company, leading Midwest operations in the Roofing sector, and managing North American operations for a bridge construction contractor across the US and Canada.

Since relocating to the Chicagoland area in 2022, Lee has continued to build on his reputation as a results-driven operational and production leader. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship, developing strong teams, and providing exceptional customer service on every project. Outside of work, Lee is an avid sports fan—Go Dawgs and a passion for car restoration.
