Customer Experience Specialist

Rooted in a strong appreciation for connection, I’ve built my career around helping people. I first discovered my interest in communication and storytelling at South Elgin High School’s Beacon Academy of Media and Design, where I focused on broadcast journalism and film production. I went on to study Business Administration at Illinois State University, and even before graduating, stepped into my first role at Goldfish Swim School, helping launch a brand-new location from the ground up.

Following my personal interests, I later transitioned into the automotive world with BMW, where I gained valuable experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Wanting a workplace that aligned more closely with my values and offered a culture of like-minded, creative people, I jumped at the opportunity to join the team here at Erdmann. The culture, the product, and the people immediately resonated with me, and being passionate about the work I do remains a top priority.

When I'm not at work I'm usually at home with my pets, making art, reading or defending my title in Mario Kart.
